![]() The only positive I can give the gameplay is that each character has a special ability when they fill up their power bars with some enjoyable animations. Unlike MVC games of the past, it lacks fun, controls feel stiffer than usual and the 3-character team being reduced to only 2 gives less variety when playing. I know I may sound like I’m being mean, but seriously, playing the story mode is painful and feels like a chore. It’s like watching someone playing with a bunch of action figures, wait. ![]() The writing, along with lame one liners, and a stupid twist is bad enough, but watching the terrible graphics, character design and body motion is beyond a joke. does this sound familiar? It might do if you ever played Mortal Kombat Vs DC, as yes this is pretty much the exact same story, and that’s not the worst part. In the story mode, it feels as if you are thrown into the final battle right away where both Videogame and Comic Book universes collide, while each of their worlds meld together into one, as does the big evil of the game from two characters to make one big bad. Marvel Vs Capcom Infinite comes after the utter disappointment that was Street Fighter V, so I was hoping we would not get the same with the new game, but it seems that Capcom have become very lazy, as of late, with their fighting franchises.
